David A. Riddle founded Bluegrass GIS, Inc. in 1995. The company is located in Frankfort, Kentucky, and has provided GIS implementation assistance and GIS technical services for numerous clients across the United States and internationally. 

Mr. Riddle has over 23 years of professional GIS experience exclusively with ESRI's GIS software, beginning with PIOS and GRID in 1983, then ArcInfo Version 2.0 - 7.3, ArcView 1.0 - 3.x, and since 1999, ArcGIS 8.0 - 9.x.  We are committed to ensuring that our clients receive the best value for their consulting dollars.
